Hi all,
For anyone working in the DVA space here are the forms for the At Risk Client Framework.
Basically this allows any of the high needs clients to obtain either 3,6 or 12 month referrals with a standard gold card without having to adhere to the treatment cycle.For any treatment cycle questions use this email
