We specialise in delivering personalised, goal-driven exercise therapy for NDIS participants, older adults, and individuals managing chronic or complex conditions. Whether it’s at home, in a local gym, at the park, or in the pool – we bring the support to where it’s needed most. My clinical background includes working with clients with neurological disorders, musculoskeletal injuries, chronic illness, mental health conditions, and age-related decline. I focus on building trust, boosting function, and supporting long-term outcomes through evidence-based and client-centred care.
