After 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, I decided to go back to my kinesiology roots in 2024. As the Community Health Manager at the YMCA in Southwest New Brunswick, I design health/fitness programs dedicated to helping those with chronic health diseases. I'm hoping to have my CSEP Clinical Exercise Physiologist certification later this year.
